Marcus Guiliano of Aroma Thyme Bistro in Ellenville prepares an eggless summer vegetable frittata with polenta from Wild Hive Farm and fresh produce from Rusty Plough Farm. The Green Peas TV “webisode” was filmed on the Mid Hudson Bridge with special appearances from “Bridge Music” composer Joseph Bertolozzi and Bridge Authority executive director Joseph Ruggiero.
