Grazin’ Angus Acres
Photographer Jane Feldman took this picture at the annual Columbia County Bounty event more than 10 years ago at Bezalel Gables, an old farm, the barn of which was outfitted to serve as a catering hall to chef-caterer David Robinson. David has since moved to California and the Columbia County Bounty event has since been rebranded as the Bounty of the Hudson. Grazin’ Angus Acres is a 2000 acre grass-fed beef farm in Columbia County. In 2011, owners Dan and Susan Gibson started a burger joint called Grazin’ Hudson with their son Chip in a renovated diner in Hudson, NY.
